To enroll in the Link-Up and Lifeline programs, qualifying individuals or households should contact their local phone service provider.

Tell your local phone provider that you want to sign up for the Lifeline & Link-Up programs.

If you already have phone service, you may still qualify for the Lifeline program that reduces your monthly local phone bills.
