To qualify for these programs, individuals or families must receive benefits under any one of the following programs:

• Medicaid

• Food Stamps

• Temporary Assistance for Needy Families

• Low Income Home Energy Assistance

• Supplemental Security Income

• Free National School Lunch Program

• Federal Public Housing
